Inside, the living area invites relaxation with soft leather sofas and a 65” smart TV — ideal for quiet evenings or lazy afternoons. Just beyond, a private balcony with bistro seating offers a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee while taking in leafy views over the shared courtyard below.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. Plenty of bench space and cookware make meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the six-seater dining table.

The two bedrooms are thoughtfully styled for comfort and rest, each featuring soft linens, warm lighting, built-in storage, and a relaxed, uncluttered feel. The primary has a queen bed and TV, while the second features a double bed. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, full-size bathtub, under-sink storage and a separate toilet. Fresh towels, a hairdryer, and eco-friendly bath products from local brands are all provided. A separate laundry room houses a washer and dryer, utility sink and storage cupboard — ideal for longer stays.

Part of a well-maintained complex, the apartment offers access to a shared outdoor area with shaded dining spaces and a full-size tennis court — a rare bonus in the CBD. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area provides year-round comfort, and a secure undercover parking space is included. While lift access is available, please note that stairs are required to reach the building entrance.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

A $300 pre-authorisation security deposit is held 24 hours prior to check-in for all VRBO, website and Booking.com reservations. This is released within 7 days of checkout pending no damage.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
