Light-filled and welcoming, the apartment is designed for easy, everyday living with a relaxed feel. Warm timber tones and soft furnishings create a comfortable setting where you can settle in straight away, whether visiting for work or a weekend escape.

The open-plan living area invites you to unwind with plush seating arranged around the TV, making it ideal for quiet evenings or casual catch-ups. Large windows bring in natural light, while air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and generous bench space, making everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners easy to prepare. A breakfast bar adds a relaxed spot for coffee or a quick bite before heading out to explore. The adjoining dining table provides a simple setting for shared meals or a convenient workspace during your stay.

Towards the rear, the bedrooms offer a more private retreat. The first bedroom features a queen bed with soft linens and built-in storage, creating a calm space to rest at the end of the day. The second bedroom includes a tri-bunk with a double base and single top, suited to families or flexible group stays, along with direct outdoor access. The combined bathroom and laundry adds everyday convenience, complete with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and in-unit washer and dryer—ideal for longer visits.

Additional comforts include WiFi and a dedicated parking space, though access is tight and best suited to confident drivers with a small vehicle.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
