Staff was great. But other guests loud some nights...partying and smoking, which left me little sleep. Shower head old and worn out (208) tricky to enjoy a shower since water is splurging out everywhere. Small window does not close properly. Balcony and the chairs outside was too dirty to be sitting on, so what's the point of a balcony? Other than that ok for the price. Thanks.

Older hotel undergoing renos so there was people working on the roof directly outside window. Functional space with all you need. Ample towels. Large steps to go up to bathroom were a bit of an effort/hazard with carpet not totally fixed.

Didn't like I had to give my ID, plus credit details again. I understand why, but hadn't experienced it before (but admittedly overseas but not in Australia). Thought it was a scam on only recently had to get a new card giving details online. I did talk to a lovely lady on the phone who did give me access to the property with codes. Lovely place & enjoyed the stay.

The room appeared clean. But opening the cupboard to find a used bath towel. There was no handle on the inside of the shower door. The shower base spouts water sideways and the floppy shower head useless and I was unable to together the head upright. The room had a lingering smokers smell as the balcony door is a conventional door. After opening at 6am I was unable to secure the door before going to the gym, so my room was unsecured. Lucky I didn’t open during the night as there are 3 balconies that share space and someone could easily walk in on me. Toilet flush button sticks down. The handles on the bathroom cabinet are missing.
