Holiday Apartment 'Ático El Balcón De Adeje' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

IMPORTANT: Construction work on a nearby residential complex takes place Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 and may cause noise. We apologize for any inconvenience. Parking may be difficult at certain times due to the works.



Designed for relaxation and enjoyment, this property offers views of the coast and La Gomera island. Built with natural materials, mainly wood, the bedroom features air conditioning.



The property shares its street access with another vacation home, "La Casita," located on the same estate. The owners live on the first floor.



Outdoor areas are shared with other guests, except for the uncovered terrace, which is for the exclusive use of "La Casita." The small pool is not heated.



Restaurants and a bus stop are a 5-minute walk away; supermarkets and shops are 5 minutes by car. The airport is 30 minutes by car.



Street parking is available, but may be difficult at times due to the construction. No pets allowed. The host has 3 dogs (golden retriever and labrador) and 1 cat; the dogs are friendly, quiet, and roam freely. For safety, only adults and registered guests are allowed. Not accessible for those with reduced mobility.



No parties allowed. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Smoking is only permitted outside and only regular cigarettes; no drugs allowed. For safety, do not light candles inside. The pool is not private or heated. Do not feed the dogs. When using air conditioning, keep windows closed and turn it off when leaving.
