Environnent calme, vue sur la mer exceptionnel

L'appartement est très bien situé dans un lotissement calme et dans une agglomération aussi calme pour se reposer se ressourcer. Tout équipé pour faire la cuisine et même une machine à laver. La playa est accessible par des escaliers très appréciable pour éviter la voiture et sa piscine. Une vue sur la mer exceptionnel. Loing du tourisme de masse, pas beaucoup de commerces ni de magasins pour le shopping juste le nécessaire pour pouvoir faire ses courses du quotidien. Vous trouvez à tous les coins de rues des restaurants. Bien desservi par les transports en communs pour aller vers les zones très touristiques comme( le port de Colomb ou Las playas de las Americas). Compter 25 minutes environs pour vous rendre en voiture. Déçus de la propreté de la literie, des murs, l'état des plafonds de la salle de bains, de la vétusté de l'appartement, très mauvaise impression à notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'impression que l'appartement était à l'abandon. Il faudrait peut- être penser à court terme d'un bon rafraichissement. L'agence immobilière à répondu très rapidement à nos remarques , elle a fait le nécessaire pour les choses indispensables ( a changé toute notre literie et fait intervenir une entreprise pour nettoyer le canapé ). Pendant tout le séjour vous pouvez communiquer avec l'agence assez facilement. c'est bien dommage de l'état de l'appartement car en dehors de ces points nous sommes très contents de l'environnent et de nos vacances.
