It is located in a magnificent location a few steps from the sea and in one of the best areas in the south of the island, Costa Adeje. The nearest beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a beautiful walk and a wide variety of services, restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Everything you may need in just a few minutes.

This wonderful, spacious one-bedroom apartment is very comfortable and very practical. Newly renovated and furnished in July 2024, it is also equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a double bed. A new equipped and practical kitchen. A beautiful full bathroom. A wonderful living-dining room, Smart TV, work space and a wonderful sofa bed, as well as an outdoor dining room, to also enjoy meals outdoors.
