Miss informed

This property is part of a residential development which was not mentioned in the listing. It is located halfway down the complex, the walk to the exit gate is up a very steep slope and is not suitable if you are not in a good physical condition. There is no reception on site so any correspondence must be done through the property agentWhich was mostly done by text. I could not get any television in English. There was next to no information about how to use the equipment in the house. The house itself was very nice but requires a little maintenance, loose toilet seats, no oven gloves, can opener etc.The property is at the top of a very high hill and really requires a car. None of this was mentioned in the listing.Will not be returning.

We stayed at the property for a month. We found the property to be very clean and very comfortable. Air con was excellent although you have to empty a bottle outside on the patio or the water pours through the aircon unit in the living room. Sussed this out ourselves and it would have been handy to know this in advance in the welcome pack.The property is in a residential area which suited us perfectly but this is definitely not a party pad as the neighbours are resident all year round. One of the residents voiced their opinions on the rental property’s openly. We gave them no cause for complaint so we had no issue with this.There is no parking directly next to the property and you do have to park on the main road. The main road is at the top of a very steep hill and is not for the faint of heart. If you have mobility issues this is not the property for you. If you’re ok with walking then it’s not an issue…you get used to the climb after a couple of days.Views are amazing from the terraces.Overall we loved staying here and would book again in the future.The host was also very helpful and always responded to any messages we sent quickly.

Die Elektrizität im Haus ist mehrfach zusammengebrochen. Wir saßen an 2 Tagen komplett im Dunkeln. Elektriker mussten kommen um die Stromversorgung wieder herzustellen.Teile der gelisteten Ausstattung waren in völlig verdrecktem Zustand und nicht nutzbar.
