🌡️ Pool Heating Details

Our brand-new private pool 🏊‍♂️ is heated during select winter months ☀️❄️. Please note that pool heating does not provide hot water but rather raises the water temperature by a few degrees for a more comfortable swim.

To maintain optimal temperature, the pool is equipped with a black pool cover, which must be used overnight 🌙. Failing to cover the pool at night may cause the water temperature to drop significantly.

Before or upon arrival at Aqua Vista Tenerife, each guest is required to fill out a form with their contact information. Rest assured, we uphold strict standards of privacy and security in accordance with hospitality industry regulations.

Please note that Aqua Vista Tenerife has a maximum occupancy limit. In the event that additional guests arrive without prior notification, we reserve the right to remove the entire group from the accommodation.

Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means that insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and is not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

Self-Catering Stay: Please note that this is a vacation rental, not a hotel. Our team is available Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00, and for genuine emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: Between 16:00 - 22.00 hours. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Late arrivals incur an extra charge.

Arrivals 10:00 PM–12:00 AM → +€20

Arrivals 12:00–02:00 → +€40

Online Pre-Check-In: To ensure a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (including uploading ID details) before your trip. Keys can only be handed over once this step is complete.

What’s Included: Fresh bed linens, 1 large towel per guest, 1 small towel per bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and dish soap.
