Apartamento muy bien ubicado, en zona muy tranquila, con buen acceso, equipado con todo lujo de detalles, y de forma exquisita. Jake, con quien ha habido una excelente comunicación, nos dio la bienvenida con una botella de cava, lo cual fue un bonito detalle. Hemos tenido la sensación de estar en nuestra propia casa, dado lo limpio y ordenado que estaba todo. Quizás hubiera venido bien tener aparcamiento en el mismo edificio, pero en general no nos ha resultado difícil aparcar en la calle cerca del apartamento. Con respecto a electrodomésticos, todos muy nuevos. El depósito del aspirador tenía algo de cinta aislante puesta en algunos sitios y no nos atrevimos a abrirlo por si nos daba problemas luego para cerrarlo pero bueno, funcionó correctamente, que era lo importante. En definitiva, totalmente aconsejable.
