Nice apartment with 2 good size bedrooms. Very clean and an excellent location just a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Well equipped with everything you could need. Furniture is dated but fine. The terrace is lovely. Communication was excellent and we had a great stay.

Just as described, this is a great value place to stay in a quiet development in Costa Adeje. You are far enough away from the noise and hubbub of the nearby bars, yet just ten minutes away from the nearest beach. The apartment is well kitted out with everything you need, including plenty of kitchen ware, and is a 30 second walk from the pool. Communication with the host was excellent and we were met on arrival for the hand over of keys. Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay just as described

Great location not to busy at night so good for the kids, plenty of restaurants and bars near by and just a short walk to the beach. All the family hoping to go for another trip. We would definatly try to rebook here

Good location nice apartment

Stayed here for 4 nights and the location was amazing less then a 10 walk to seafront and beach 24 hour supermarket over the road, pools were lovely, apartment was a good size everything you need, great having 2 toilets and the shower was amazing too, I will definitely use this apartment again in the future, thanks to Jane for making it so easy to book I had a fantastic stay x

Clean, quiet and convenient apartment in a relaxed spot in Fase 1 of the Mareverde complex. Great terrace with comfly lazy chairs for nice long evenings... Anytime again!

Home from Home

We were a party of 4 adults sharing this 2 bedroomed apartment, which contained everything that was needed for our 4 weeks in the sun. Location was perfect, never more than 10 minutes from the beach or large supermarket. Bus stop just around the corner, so handy for pickups to more distant resorts. Already booked for next year.

2 bedroom perfect size for us

This apartment is perfect. It's a great location and was well equipped for our self catering holiday. The apartment was spotless and a good size. The owners were easy to contact and it was straight forward meeting up with Andrew who let us in and gave us a tour. We would highly recommend to stay here, we love Mare Verde complex and the surrounding areas and look forward to returning next year.
