We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Charming one bedroom apartment in Costa Adeje (Playa de las Américas) with wonderful views of the ocean.The accommodation has a room with views of the ocean, a double bed and a closet to store clothes, a complete bathroom with a bathtub and an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, kitchen utensils, crockery, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.), dining area for four people and living room with TV. It also has a small terrace overlooking the ocean with a small table where you can enjoy your meals outside with an unbeatable view of the ocean (The view is frontal). The apartment has a washing machine and free WIFI available to customers.

The complex has elevators, free parking within the facilities and a community pool with a large area to relax and sunbathe, an outdoor children's play area and tennis courts (this last service is paid and customers must reserve it and pay it at the reception of the complex)

Neighborhood:

Close to all the necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants and pubs. Next to the bus station with a direct line to the airport and a ten minute walk from Siam Park. It is also close to Playa de las Americas. Less than 5 minutes walk. The location is incredible because despite being very close to the beach and all the activities it maintains peace and tranquility. The complex is incredibly quiet. It really is the perfect place to relax without losing proximity and access to all the places you can imagine.
