Centrally located between Lancaster and Reading with easy access to the turnpike and Rte 222 .
Come and enjoy! Whether it is a quiet weekend away on our country homestead, exploring our local antique markets, discovering Lancaster, experiencing Amish country or searching for work accommodations , we look forward to hosting you! You are welcome to explore our back woods, wade in the stream, have a sampling of what we are harvesting on the homestead from the gardens directly behind the BnB . And please enjoy some marshmallows over the fire pit! The local traffic does get a bit noisy at times ( sound machine and earplugs are provided for light sleepers) but this does not take away from the privacy you will enjoy or the beauty of nature around you!

Admitfully at first …. a little skeptical of all the wonderful reviews. Come to find though that Annette’s place exceeded all the hype. Simply Adorable This was a very last minute reservation and she worked with it every step of the way to have it happen. With barely any notice she still had a sweet basket awaiting as a welcoming gift. That did not come as a shock though because that is how the entire place is. At every turn there is a surprising little something extra to make you smile. It has the aura of just snuggly, cute , & yay ! Claim your date …. Allow your glimmer of curiosity lead you to a place that you will feel relaxed and leave already wanting to return

We loved our stay. We walked in on an extremely cold night to find a cozy electric fireplace on and lights on a beautiful Christmas tree. There was a basket of local goodies in the kitchen for us and we felt like we were invited guests! Everything was well decorated, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment and more, and it was very clean.

We received a friendly welcome with lights on, the fireplace going, and a basket of local treats sitting on the counter. The place was warm and quiet. Everything was in good order. Beautiful wooded trails on the property too. Annette was very accommodating!

Super clean. Loved all the decor and personal touches. Every possible amenity you could think of. Just needs a full length mirror in 2nd bedroom. Nice country road and large property but you do hear noise from highway.

The property was so easy to find and absolutely gorgeous… the place itself was so well thought out with everything you’d need and you literally won’t be able to stop saying how cute everything is. From the goodie basket left for us to the gorgeous outdoor spaces - absolutely nothing fell short of expectations. Very much enjoyed our stay here and when I’m back in PA this will be my first option every time!

Love the place! Clean and wonderfully decorated. A real experience and the walls were nice and the fire pit perfect. The only negative is the highway noise, but handled that with sound cancelling headphones. Wonderful trip!
