The customer service, a guy called Gibson, for the apartments rented out by Expedia was terrible. I booked for 3 nights and called after 2 nights several times requesting for clean fresh towels and to clean the apartment, but nothing happened. The people at the reception of the building were also not able to assist as the put all responsibility to guy Gibson. So no collaboration of the people working in the building to provide the guests basic assistance and service, which left me to clean myself with very dirty towels. I will not book there again after this terrible experience and definitely would not recommend the place.
