The hotel really excelld in everything; the suites were clean and were attended for cleaning everyday of the week. Staff were just lovely and very helpful, they try their best to make you feel at home and are always there to help you. The location of the property is superb with nearly everything within reach including restaurants, shopping, groceries, electronics and computers. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return! From the moment I arrived, Bharati, Perry, Michael, the security and most of the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, making my stay amazing and stress-free. Every one was on point.The ladies at the front desk 5 star. All the butlers are great. Derrick is memorable his service and courtesy was magnificent. Unfortunately the photos and website don’t live up to what we experienced. The amenities like the spa and restaurant were working and there were many many stains on the rugs and furniture had missing pieces. Our kitchenette was also not working so we couldn't warm food.

Excellent stay at Number One Oxford Hotel & Suites. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. When they said number one. It is a vibe. Stayed for 6 days in Accra from dining to touring it made my first time to Ghana a fond memorie. The breakfast is great and the service. From the pool service to the bellman. Front desk ladies are on point. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The take away is Derrick our lead butler /concierge made great recommendations to The best and pirctureesque venues. Looking for modern and professional service .book with them. We will back to try their other properties in Ghana.

Staying just for one night, we were disappointed the room was not ready at check-in time, even though we messaged the day before with our arrival time. Despite that, our suite lacked paper towels and soap, and had bad water stains on the bedroom ceiling. Also disappointing is that the restaurant has closed for lunch/dinner; but Expedia’s profile did not reflect the closure for remodeling. We invited an outside guest for breakfast; but they charged GHS400 just for toast, jam, tea, and fruit.
