Pros:
1. Spacious rooms and overall a nice property
2. Nice staff
3. Safe and secure area with 2 levels of security, main gate to community and gate to property
4. Stress free access to property at all times
Cons:
1. Location is advertised as 5-7 min by Accra Mall and shown on map as behind the airport, but in actuality received details close to check in that the location is actually 20-30 minutes from airport. This is a major inconvenience and is a deal breaker had this information been presented prior. I read prior review that this has been corrected, but it is not.
2. There are no basic amenities offered. There’s no soap or sponges anywhere for use in the home, so you effectively can’t use the kitchen or bathrooms without purchasing your own at extremely high prices at the store they have on premise. Comparatively, 1 bar of soap is 100 cedis, 8-10x the price as if you had went to Melvin/Shoprite, or the price of an Uber/Bolt.
2.5. Water pressure in showers is extremely low. Showerhead was almost unuseable in 1/2 rooms
3. There will be flies in the room and there is a provided fly swatter but we found that the swatters did nothing as the flies walked freely on it as it was activated
4. WiFi is useable, but far from giving you confidence to work from home
4.5. Tv sound was broken
