The room was gorgeous, spacious, and well equipped and staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty but would have liked more variety! The pool was hot first thing in the morning which made it difficult to swim. At check out there was a mix up and our deposit was not initially returned, though we were able to return and get it back (I would like to think it was just an honest mistake). Overall it was a pleasant short stay.

Overall, nice place, but the bathroom in particular was quite lacking and did not match the overall quality of the room. The shower had cover-over plastic surfacing and it felt unsure when I stood on it. I’m about 200 pounds and 6ft. Additionally, the airport “shuttle” is misleading. It was not an actual shuttle, more a private vehicle and I was charged for the transport. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time because there’s nothing to indicate during booking that the transport was not included.

We have only outstanding comments about Kwarleyz! The staff from the top down and bottom up is absolutely amazing! Our stay was for 2 weeks and to care enough to call before breakfast ends to be certain we had our meal absolutely blew our minds!!
