I’ve stayed the embassy gardens twice before and with two different host who were wonderful and very accommodating. It is a beautiful building but these hosts, EBS Legend One, utterly diminish the quality of the experience.
My experience with this host was beyond deplorable. Their lack of communication was hardly acceptable. There was no welcome letter; No check-in instructions. Although these representatives may not have been rude, they are certainly unprofessional and disorganized. No one was on site to check me in when I arrived. When I did reach someone by phone they told me to hold on, then they hung up and I couldn’t get a hold of them for 20-30 minutes. To exacerbate the situation, they informed me someone was booked in my room for that night which I had no knowledge of when I was supposed to be checking in. They even tried to send a car and have me stay at another location after I arrived late at night from a long day of flying - 31 hours to be exact.
They finally found a room at the same location but not the type of room I booked. They said I would get my correct room assignment the next day. So I had to repack my things and move when that occurred. After being in the substitute room for one for only 1 hour, while taking shower, some stranger rudely began bagging on my door incessantly without saying who they were, forcing me to come to the door in my towel. He claimed I was in his room. So yet again I’m haltered from settling down and have to go to the front
