Had an enjoyable stay. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good food, from check-in to check-out all of the staff were wonderful and always enquired as to how /if they could make your stay better. Entertainment on site, spacious pool area and special treatment if you are a Bon Voy member. Staff were very knowledgeable about the area and gave suggestions as to places to visit. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I was attended by three people, first the trainee, then another lady and then finally a person called Devine. I was there 1.23pm and I was given an option taking room with 2 single beds by Devine which I refused. He then offered 1 Queen bed, and I rejected it and told him I need what I booked, a King size bed. He said that wont be ready till 3pm as thats the check in time and I told him I wont mind waiting. I went back around 3.25pm and got my keys in like 5 minutes by same person.
