The rooms are partially cleaned, there were bed bugs in the bed and blankets, blankets were smelling bad seems like never washed, no towels in the washrooms and no exhaust fans, electric wires hanging loose in the washrooms. We need to buy our own room freshener to keep the bad smell from rooms and washrooms. There is only 3 staff, one is the manager and 2 helpers. Location is the only plus point to stay here, very nice and kept neat and clean to sit outside but need to climb steep stairs so not convenient for olderly people. The manager Mr Raj and his helper bhola, tries their best to make our stay comfortable. I suggested to install exhaust fan in the washrooms and he took it seriously and started working on this. Overall we are happy but not very happy as it is not worth the price. We can get better place with similar price at other places in mount abu.
