To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules:

Noise: Please keep noise levels low at all times. Outdoor music, yelling, amplified sound, musical instruments, or barking dogs must be kept to a respectful minimum.

Outdoor music is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.

No amplification devices or instruments may be used outdoors or be audible outside the property at any time.

Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vapes and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Pets: Not allowed unless pre-approved in writing (see Pet Policy below).

Parking: Street parking is not allowed. Only use designated spaces, the garage, or assigned parking areas. Do not exceed the maximum number of vehicles permitted.

Parties/Events: Parties, events, or any form of disruptive behavior or excessive noise are not allowed. Disturbing neighbors may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Pool Area (if applicable):

No alcohol is permitted near the pool.

Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Furniture & Appliances: Please do not move furniture. Use appliances only as intended, and keep the property and furnishings in good condition.

Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

If you plan to host additional guests, please inform us in advance to avoid additional charges.

Packages: Deliveries or mailed packages to the rental property are not allowed.

Check-In Walkthrough: Guests must inspect the property upon arrival and report any damages immediately.

Responsibility: Renters are fully responsible for themselves and their guests during the stay.

Trash: All trash must be disposed of properly in the designated bins. A cleaning fee of AED 500 may be applied for failure to follow this rule.

Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome pets at our property with prior approval only. After your booking is confirmed, we will send a payment request for both a pet fee and a refundable pet security deposit. Please note:

Only house-trained dogs and cats are allowed.

A maximum of two pets is permitted.

Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees or cancellation.
