Amazing hotel, clean, chic, great location and ameneties. Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary but maybe she just wanted something to do. The rooms were spacious, the pool was a great temperature and clean, life guards were checking swim nappies on babies which was reassuring, kids club was well maintained and great staff, food options were fine as we were half board we could mix it up so we didn't get bored, the eggs to order was a great concept and the morning coffees were always a great start to the day!

I had a great experience during my stay at Hilton Yas Island. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. What really stood out was the exceptional service every staff member I interacted with was warm and professional.
