We found a bug on the lettuce at the breakfast . The last thing we were expecting to find at Fairmont Hotel . I do not recommend the breakfast .

Rooms were good, spacious, great bed. Breakfast was a mess, and the staff was unorganized. There were plates missing, food trays were empty, no waiter service. I understand the hotel was fully booked but a 5 star hotel needs to know how to handle this.
