Traveled with family
Very bad chicken Service and I did not get my booking studio that I reserved in hotel.com and I’ve been waiting in my vehicles more than one hours. Then I refused to stay that night and I am asking for money refund because I did not stay in the apartment. however, I make a complaint. I’m waiting to someone contact with me till now nobody contact with me.
