Not a great experience. The room light fixtures were missing bulbs, TV was not working, lack of a full roll of toilet paper, no coffee maker, no breakfast, vending machine also inoperable. The good - location, free parking.

The staff canceled my booking AFTER CHECK IN TIME and would not rebook me even though there were plenty of rooms available. I asked if they were overbooked and that was the reason that they wouldn’t rebook me the desk lady replied “I don’t know, kinda” the price was the cheapest around but they had construction pallets in the lobby and a horrible smell

Hotel itself was rundown. The room was very old looking. The mattress was extremely old. The sheets and blanket had holes in them. The top blanket had cigarette burns on it. One light worked in the room. Bathroom light was ok. Remote did not work. Could only watch a cartoon channel. The biggest thing was trying to get the door unlocked. You had to use your key card and turn the door handle at the same time. Total nightmare. It was like breaking into your own room when you could get it to work. Front desk lady was nice though

Receptionist was not happy, did not smile, did not explain the doors to rooms need to opened with both hands, was on personal phone the two times I approached the desk. When I finally got into the room I did not notice the fridge was unplugged and I put some food in it. Three to four hours later I noticed the rug around the fridge was very wet and I opened the fridge again to discover it was dripping water and there was a towel inside the freezer compartment of the fridge. I looked behind the fridge and saw that it was unplugged. Light above the sink did not work and the view from my window was a very dirty empty swimming pool. The bed was comfortable, unfortunately, that is the only nice thing about my stay.

We booked a room with 2beds, none available when we got there. We were given the run around the entire weekend trying to get a refund, and it was denied. The place is a dump (we saw the one bed room and it was disgusting) the service is awful, the employees lie, there is never a mgr available to talk to and we had to book another hotel and pay for both.

Someone cancelled my reservation while I was driving to the hotel. Had my 79 yo mom and my 2 working K9s with me. This caused great inconvenience for us trying to find available alternative accommodations as they had no other rooms available. Not hard to figure out what happened here. Thankfully, I paid the extra trip insurance fee so it didn't cost me the room rate like it did at LaQuinta, last time, who double charged my cc for the same 2 nights.
