Room smelled awful. There was a water leak on the sink and the carpet was soaked. There were holes in the carpet and the walls looked bad from botched patch jobs.

They do not keep their word.. very dishonest

The room was filthy and bathroom toilet was leaking so we did not use the room, left completely. The manager said we could get a full refund but then through hotels.com they only refunded half and "decided not to charge us a cancelation fee". Dishonorable and shameful

First room we were placed in, toilet didn’t work. Second room they moved us to TV wouldn’t work and second room was literallly a physically tore up room. Front desk clerk said they would discount our rate due to all the issues. When we checked out, as far as we could see there had been no adjustment to the rate. She said I could call back at 11 pm today and speak with someone. Terrible service and terrible room!!!!

They hotel is one of the worst I've stayed at. The carpet stinks and look dirty, A/C is falling apart, curtain rod is destroyed and making it an eye sore and the cherry on top is that it smells like cigarettes and gives me constant headaches.

Is it going into or coming out of decline?

The pool is half empty with putrid water and in decrepit condition. Room towels were not clean enough had stains. All ice machines were broken and unable to log on their WiFi. Garbage left in front of 2nd floor elevator. Breakfast had meager offerings.

This place is not what is show. Lobby door would not close, leaving it open when employee goes in the back to sit. Then the pool is green, roaches on the walls, no hot water, no towel, bedding nasty. We left a day early and getting out of there.

This property was run down with very poor cleaning. The first room I was given smelled like cigarettes, dog urine, and was not clean. I asked immediately to change rooms. The attendant told me that had been a frequent issue. The next room smelt better but also appeared unclean. It looked as if they only made the bed. The bathroom shower had gel on the tub and hair in the sink. The floor was not vacuumed and had food on it. The microwave had mold on it. I was very disappointed but stuck it out because it was so late at night. Upon morning, I looked up from the bed and noticed blood on the ceiling. I immediately notified the attendant who stated she had no idea about the blood. I asked to check out early and left. I notified Expedia of the concerns and they attempted to get my refund. The hotel manager tried to say I never checked in. They tried to say I was a no-show. Thank goodness I took about 20 pictures to prove I was there and to show all of the nastiness. I will never ever go back to a Super 8 hotel again. Not only was it disgusting, but I felt unsafe. Im so unsure if I should have called the police about the suspected blood.
