Pool was closed completely, but the staff were kind and helpful, especially the maintenance tech. He offered to help my grandma with her bags into our room, and cleaned up a water leak from him washing the door. He was great and even waved at us every time we left or arrived at our room.

The room was not very clean. There was roaches in the shower in the morning I there was lint everywhere in the corners of the restroom where they do not clean right? Not recommended not staying there again

The room was just ok, I'm not saying good or great, has a smell of humidity in the room, I believe this comes from the bathroom due to the shower curtains absorbs the shower water and the humidity stays inside, no ventilation.

This guy place when we got there stated that they had call to verify we were coming…. We had a reservation….. Anyway, 8 hrs from home they gave our room away to others who made 3 times what we had reserved for. Horrible people and No one left a light on!

Parking was great, the room was okay but could've been better. The mattress was broken down, felt as if we were sleeping purely on springs with flattened yellow pillows. The room overall was a 3/5 for cleanliness. The check in staff was "okay" but the house keeping staff was very rude. Staff friendliness is 2/5 at best. Parking was 5/5 Handicapable set hoops were 4/5.
