The hotel was just amazing. All of the staff from top to bottom are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Free breakfast was good every day. The free happy hour every evening made the trip fun. My Suite was great with plenty of room to spread out and very comfortable bed.

Room was clean. Need to update toilets. Way to low for average person yet again for disabled. Need to be the disabled seat height. Toilet seats need to be replaced definitely wear and tear. My room had table top in the suite which wobbled on the top not the bottom. Update lighting so that usb charging can be done. Only two usb areas both in wall and not located conveniently. Other than these cosmetic issues was very good. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room was dated. The water had no cold water and the shower would not turn off completely. The shower did have cold & hot water. Only hot water in the sink. Very nasty on the sides of toilet! And so Many crickets in the bathroom and in sleep area. Especially some in my bed. They were noises. I did tell the front desk, but nothing as done. Just said the hotel was older. Beautiful hotel just dated!

This was a nice place to stay when visiting our kids at ACU on a busy weekend. The campus is only 15 minutes away. Staff were excellent. The property is a bit dated. Another reviewer said it reminded them of a renovated Holidome, and I would second that opinion. We had a slight hiccup with an odor coming into our room through the ventilation and the staff were super responsive at addressing it, and got it resolved without any issues. Having two kids at ACU, we have stayed at most of the other hotels in Abilene, and we will most likely return to this one again. We enjoyed the atrium and the happy hour.

My friends and I stayed here while at our 50th class reunion. The staff and housekeepers were professional and courteous, making sure we had everything we needed. Their complimentary happy hour was nice, their hot breakfast was delicious, and their shuttle service was most accommodating. They also had an area where people could shoot pool and play ping pong. Fun!
