The room was dated. The water had no cold water and the shower would not turn off completely. The shower did have cold & hot water. Only hot water in the sink. Very nasty on the sides of toilet! And so Many crickets in the bathroom and in sleep area. Especially some in my bed. They were noises. I did tell the front desk, but nothing as done. Just said the hotel was older. Beautiful hotel just dated!

Did like that the manager was rude. The ac in our room was not working was offered a fan. There was mold coming out of the air vent, going down the wall. I have picture. I tried getting a refund it took calling expedia several times and speaking to the manager twice before she agreed to do a refund. There were no other rooms in the hotel to move. The maintenance guy came offered box fan and said should cool off more later in the evening. Sitting in hotel room sweating was unacceptable and was the mold.

While the room seemed clean, it was extremely damp. Fixtures are very old and worn. Tub was slick to walk on for showering. I don’t think we’ll stay there, again, unless it gets an overhaul.
