This guest house was in an amazing location in Aberystwyth, right along the beach, short walk to the cliff railway and pier. We only stayed one night but it was really comfortable especially for the price.

There was no breakfast. The room door wouldn’t lock, no one on property and large portions of the paint on the wall was peeling. The curtains were old and frayed. The entire property was bad. The only thing it has going for it is location.

The lady who checked us in was lovely. Going up the stairs to the triple room was unclean. The room was pretty small, not very clean, and really tatty. The shower was very poor. It was a warm evening and the room was very warm. The standing fan was slightly broken and was really grimy/dusty before I wiped it over - did not feel safe enough to leave it running too long.
