Interior wood paneling from an 1850s shipwreck gives the main floor a cozy and authentic feel. the basement is perfect for storing and staging equipment and gear for various adventures and expeditions. We have quite a few Surfboards, Skimboards, Bodyboards, and Skateboards for the intrepid and vivacious. The Basement also doubles as sleeping quarters, with one bedroom and plenty of floor space. A perfect spot to park your bikes or camping gear. The upstairs includes a master bedroom and bathroom and although the house is located in town, the windows let in some great views and sunlight. The yard is perfect for lounging or soaking up some sun, we like to spend time outside gardening or playing catch. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors are great. We have a lending library and sometimes a passerby will borrow a book, or walk by on a nice day, and most are very friendly if you’re looking for a bit of chit chat.
