When I arrived, I immediately took my key card to the room and discovered it did not work out the door. I returned to the front desk and the clerk politely followed me down to the room, saying I had to hold the key next to the lock. Of course, he was unable to make the door open either. He let me in with his master key. He then returned to the front desk to the key the card and promptly brought it back to me.
The sink in room 101 is terribly stained or perhaps not clean.
Wi-Fi worked, but I had to re-log on quite a few times in both my room and in the lobby.
Old rickety building. You can hear people in other rooms. When someone is walking around it sounds like they are stomping. Staff is indifferent to borderline rude. My plans changed and had to leave early. I was given conflicting reasons as to why I would not be refunded for the final night stay, that I did not stay. I will never stay at super eight again!!!
Moldy Unclean Bathroom. Hair on bathroom floor. Sticky residue on nightstand. Sink needed to be fixed. Felt very cheap and I could've stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price.
I spoke to front desk clerk Alex n the room he assigned us was perfect. We were on the ground floor, by request, as we were in town for a wedding n we had a LOT of luggage n “stuff”!! Our room ws excellent. It ws sold out yet very accommodating. Alex was Awesome n so full of customer service. Laura?? Checked us in n was very nice, friendly n answered all of our qxs. We arrived in time for free beer-who can beat that for check in!!!!

Property is a bit dated and could use some updates and maintenance. Bathtub caulk was pretty dirty and gross. Generally clean, and decent value for the money.
The room had lots of mold, a door that wouldn't shut, a bathroom light that would often not turn on, the wall unit smelt like it was melting when the heat was turned on. I would give it all 0's if I could
