The rooms are nice. The bar staff are good when staffed properly. The food is good. The front desk staff need training on customer service. They do not understand the concept of customer service. They don't understand what it takes to improve the customer experience. This is just poor leadership with the front desk staff. This is a consistent issue that I have observed on multiple stays. Other than that, good hotel.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was cleanish, it wasn't until the day we were leaving we found sweets from a previous guest in the bedroom. The only real complaint we had was the room was really warm even though we had heating off and opened the windows during night, it didn't make much difference. Lovely hotel, great price, friendly staff and minor issues if you could call it that.

There were crumbs on the table and bath tub broke, happens, understandable. I was moved to a room that had no tub only shower. The staff were great though. Rooms cleaning could be improved.
