Reception staff very friendly. Room had everything required and was very clean. Was missing a lock on the bathroom door but that didnt matter to us, it was just myself and my daughter. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty choice.

Room was dark and with no view, not many coffee satchets left in room. Parking is atrocious, not many spaces and most were taken by employees.

I had a room on the first floor it was clean and comfortable, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. We spent some time in the bar, the breakfast was really nice great choice nice food. The hotel is really central for Aberdeen I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

This was a wonderful stay, the staff are helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and included. The area is very walkable. I even walked to the Beach and it was only about 30 minutes. Truely wonderful and highly recommend. Ask for a different room than 311 if you want a view though.

This hotel is an excellent choice and I've stayed here multiple times. The location is great: an easy walk from the rail station, and close to shops, dining options, bus stops and points of interest. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet at night, which means a good sleep. The hotel dining is quite good, with vegetarian options and a varied menu. Perhaps the best element is the staff, who are consistently friendly and accommodating. Despite prevalent corporate policies emphasizing profit over people, resulting in chronic understaffing and overworked employees, the staff of this hotel make the difference. With its charming architecture, clean rooms, helpful staff, and a comfortable feel, I will gladly continue to stay here every time I visit Aberdeen.

We enjoyed our time at the Mercure Aberdeen, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable and roomy (with a slope which was quite novel). Unfortunately, there was no fridge and the parking was limited (we squeezed in). Nevertheless, we recommend this hotel.
