Excellent country manor hotel in a remote location outside Aberdeen. Very well maintained and well staffed. We had a comfortable room with a view of the river. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast. Can't fault our stay.

Well appointed room. Clean and spacious. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Bar had ran out of my preferred drink - not a big deal, but it is a well known and popular stout. Breakfast was very good, and the service was excellent. Would definitely go back.

A lovely overnight stay. The sandwiches at lunchtime ( especially the Club) and the truffle and Parmesan fries were superb as was dinner. Lovely clean rooms, tastefully decorated throughout the hotel and staff were extremely helpful. What a stunning position next to the river!
