Great breakfast choice. Check in & out easy. Had an accessible room which we didn’t book, lots of space in the room but bed was small double, could have done with king size bed but that’s our choice. Could also hear noise from next room through the connecting door, coughing and hair dryer. Easy access for parking, railway station and shopping. Would stay again but request king size bed if available or twin beds.

Not exactly the nicest place to stay at. However, it was connected to the train station and shopping center. The bathroom was too small and the shower head had some kind of black mildew on it. When I tried to clean it, it fell off and broke. The staff were very responsive and fixed it the next day. However, the black stuff was still on it. The breakfast buffet was average.

From someone who stays in hotels a lot with my job I have to say this hotel has it all, the staff can not do enough for you from the lovely reception staff who held our luggage and placed medical stents in the office so we didn’t have to carry them around, to Lewis on the bar, all super efficient and friendly. Room clean and lovely with a great view of the city.

Before arrival I was asked to complete on-line check-in, on arrival they had no record of my booking via hotels.com or any online check-in! I ordered bar food in the evening that then didn’t arrive and when I asked a staff member he was extremely rude! The room was large, great view! Out dated bathroom, room had very poor lighting and in a 4 star hotel I would have expected a more modern tv for media streaming etc. on check-in I paid for late check-out but then the phone in my room was ringing at various times where staff were then reminding me I should have checked out by 11am. So overall the organisation and customer service was not what I would expect!
