Lovely greeting by reception staff who were very attentive. Welcomed us all including our pet cavapoo. Room was basic but clean. Hair-dryer didn’t work and tv aerial reception was poor meaning it was difficult to relax and watch tv in room. Sofa bed was very springy and not the most comfortable. Bathroom was lovely with a decent shower. Breakfast was generally good in terms of selection but even although it was relatively quiet, tables were un-made, glasses were not available for juice and croissants were in short supply. Mugs for coffe were similarly hard to find! On balance staff were lovely and room was acceptable however after paying a lot for a single night stay it was frustrating that tv didn’t work. An “okay” rating from me.

Great customer service

Arrived early (9am) planning to leave our luggage before checking in in the afternoon. We were delighted when we were found a room right away and were even invited to go to breakfast at no charge. Everyone has been so helpful.
