Planning a hunting trip (pheasants, deer, waterfowl) near Aberdeen? Hard Rock Cabin offers a comfortable, spacious home base for your group, just 13 miles northwest of Aberdeen on Richmond Lake.

After a day in the field, relax with your hunting companions, prepare a hearty meal, and enjoy having plenty of room to spread out.

Plenty of Room for Everyone

Our approximately 1,250-square-foot, two-level cabin sleeps up to eight guests.

Main Level: Two private bedrooms with queen beds, a full shower with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sunroom with Smart TV and views toward Richmond Lake.

Walk-out Lower Level: Additional open sleeping area with a full-size futon, twin daybed and twin trundle, a second full bathroom, another fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV with streaming capability.

Everything you Need for a Comfortable Stay

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, linens, towels, basic toiletries, coffee supplies and kitchen essentials.

Outside, relax around our wood-burning firepit or gather under the covered patio, decorated in a Hard Rock-type theme. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas.

Additional camper electrical hookups are available across the road for $30 per night per hookup.

Important property Information

Richmond Lake is temporarily drawn down for the 2026 spillway project, so normal boating, fishing, and swimming are unavailable.

Verizon is the local cellphone provider, so Wi-Fi may be recommended. There is no cable or satellite television, but guests can use their own streaming subscriptions and our provided DVDs.

The shed loft is reserved for owners. A marked portion of the retaining wall and landscaping is awaiting repair and is off-limits for safety.
