The bathtub was filthy and had a visible ring around the tub. The chrome bath faucet and soap dish were so caked in grime it was no longer shiny. Bed linens were questionable and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a week. Floors were sticky and turned white socks brown. The only reason I rated higher than 1 star is because checking in was easy and staff friendly.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room had a horrible smell of filth. The air conditioner was full of dead bugs. Not to mention the drug addicts and overall feel of being unsafe. We decided it was not for us. The staff was unable to understand we didn't want the room. The staff members stated it was their first day. Just an overall bad experience.

I like the front desk guy. He was very nice and very helpful. The parking was easy. The Jacuzzi was great. It just needs to be updated. fix the floor. I almost tripped over that piece that was broken a few times. I’d hate to see someone get hurt all in all was a good day thank you. Very noisy all night long and didn’t sleep much.

The room was great once we got it but the new staff onsite is very hard to work with because they don't understand anything more than what they were shown in there short training and refuse to reach out to a higher up. Iv been a very long and loyal customer and i was told i would not be allowed to stay tonight because she wasn't sure how to deal with the circumstances and refused to call the manager turned me away and told me i can come back tomorrow and talk to anyone else, very very unprofessional
