Staff was great. Room was clean, and the lobby was really beautiful- decorated for Christmas. So warm and inviting. However, the “furnace” In our room was not able to be regulated. So I was told to turn it off when it got too hot, and open a window- it was 1* outside…. And from 3:30 AM until 6, a hall alarm repeatedly went off, so sleep was a passing luxury. Aside from those two things, it was a pleasant stay, and they allowed us a late check out

We waked in as a hockey group, staff was fully aware we would have a large group checking in and 1 staff member on duty. I said my name was handed my keys and not even told the direction of my room (yes fully capable however normally directed where to park). I asked this desk gal if I was okay to park where I was as someone had a hand written not not to park a POS gas car in front of the extension cord - she had no idea “I’m not aware of what you’re talking about). Strike 1 The stairs going up to the second story were filthy, as was the carpet down the hall. At our room we were not able to open the door without force. We tossed our bags on the bed and went to the restaurant. Food was good!! Waiter did a great job with a big group. Nights sleep was not good with the awful pillow and scratchy bedding. Went to the “gym” in the morning only to find out of order machines, and the weight machine rusted. Even the water cooler had no jug in it. Great work on the online photos because it was NOT like that. Went back up to my room to shower and pack up. Shower floor had rust and was dusty- correction mold in the corners.. As I am packing my foot went under the bed only to step on something. NO way this room was vacuumed as what I stopped on was FULL of mold. I’ll be contacting a manager who I’m told is not back till Monday.

There was so much ice in the parking lot, needed something to melt it off. Sidewalks had it on them too. Pool heater was broken and all ice machines where out of order too

Place was nice, clean room, nice breakfast, except we went so the grandkids could play in the pool, but the pool was so cold you couldn’t swim in it. I think they would get hypothermia if they would have swam in there for any length of time. I could barely put my foot in it! They sat in the hot tub!

I feel like there was always a sign at the front desk be back in a moment. My room smelled like sewer gas everytime I ran the sink. There were never towels in the pool area. The pool area garbages were always full and never empty. There is no security what so ever in that hotel. I didnt feel safe. Anyone could come in at anytime and come swimming or into the hotel if they were homeless. This place needs work!!

We had to go to front desk 3 different times to get our cards to work to get into room. Doors dont shut tight and the wall moves when u try opening door. The young girl at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. However, the breakfast was good. Lots of good choices
