Great room, nice n clean with coffee making facilities. Fab bathroom with lovely toiletries and thick white fluffy towels. Food is very reasonable for location and breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and I would stay again.

No clear instructions to find the reception, once inside 3 staff telling a young women they would show her some rooms and she could pick them telling me they had given my room away the staff were very rude the place a dump would not even look at this place again

The room they gave us the bed was propped up with either brick or wood. The property was disgusting. The place smelled of curry and the food area was not very nice.
The lift was smeared with something and one of the buttons was missing.
You could not see out of the doors.

Pretty horrific. Given room in alternative building which is open to anyone to walk in to. Went to room and someone was in the bed. Massive fright for both of us. Then back to reception where I was subjected to the third degree like it was my mistake before being issued a new room. I was going to say fresh room but there is absolutely nothing fresh about this place. Brutal. Avoid.
