Soggiorno piacevole ma da migliorare nei dettagli

Complessivamente ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Venezia in modo sufficientemente piacevole. Trattandosi di un soggiorno in famiglia le esigenze sono state però soddisfatte solo in parte… i servizi piscina e spa li ritengo di ottima qualità ma devo fare un paio di appunti negativi circa la necessità di avere a disposizione almeno gli accappatoi per scendere in piscina e spa trattandosi di un 4 stelle.. inoltre all’ interno della prenotazione pensavo fosse compresa almeno la colazione che normalmente e’ prevista nelle prenotazioni di una notte visto e considerato che pur non essendo una camera super lusso credo che si possa inserire all’ interno del pacchetto prenotazione.

Senza parole.....

Prenotato una camera doppia classic con balcone con app hotel,e palesemente la camera assegnata era di valore inferiore,senza balcone ,piastrelle del bagno crepate, muri scrostati e con intonaco a terra ,polvere nelle appliques sui comodini , diventata lana a rischio incendio. Dopo un oretta, costretti a chiamare reception dal cellulare perché telefono della camera scollegato, per condizionatore rumorosissimo e non funzionante. Cambiamo stanza,ma la camera che ci assegnano ha si il balcone ma è senza bidet come invece descritto nella prenotazione. Segnalato il tutto alla reception ma senza ricevere poi alcun riscontro .La piscina in overbooking, zero relax e lettini sistemati uno a ridosso dell'altro. Il ristorante soffre di una gestione disorganizzata che penalizza fortemente la qualità percepita :ci collocano nel primo tavolo libero perché non avevano la prenotazione assegnandoci un fermaposto col numero di stanza,ordiniamo sul menù previsto dalla struttura tra due opzioni di antipasto ,primo e secondo ma restiamo in attesa per più di un ora senza ricevere da bere o altro, per fortuna c'era del buffet. Dopo vari solleciti riceviamo acqua e vino,ma la bottiglia del vino viene lasciata chiusa sul tavolo. Poi un susseguirsi di errori e il via vai di camerieri diversi e ognuno di loro modificala la comanda ,portava piatti non richiesti che poi riportavano indietro e nei tempi sbagliati ,il primo senza aver ancora ricevuto l'antipasto, posate raccattate da altri tavoli se ric

Ottimo hotel 4 stelle dotato di tutti i comfort. Camera silenziosa e pulita. Piscine ampie e centro benessere dotato di sauna e bagno turco, oltre che di stanza del sale. Colazione ricca, ma meno assortita e abbondante dei mesi scorsi, anche non molto ben organizzata negli spazi.

Struttura datata ma pulita e ordinata. Ottima la parte SPA e spazi comuni, solo discrete le stanze, tapparelle a cinghia, doccia piccola, pessima insonorizzazione (dal primo piano si sente la musica del piano terra). La SPA chiude alla 21 ma ti spengono le luci alle 20:30, la sala ristorante chiude alle 20:45, neanche in un pensionato fanno questi orari. In compenso ottimo ristorante a pochi passi.

Esperienza veramente positiva la SPA e molto curata e totalmente rinnovata. Piscina da 25m coperta ottima per nuotare e Inotre oltre la sauna e il bagno turco anche disponibile il Ice Fall camere confortevoli e colazione super consiglio a tutti

È la prima volta che, in una struttura di Abano, mi fanno pagare per poter usufruire, il giorno del check out delle piscine. Nelle altre strutture in cui sono stata ospite, consentono l accesso all' area piscine compreso nel prezzo della stanza.
