The hotel is large but you are not aware of it being noisy or over crowded. The breakfast is excellent with a really good choice for everyone. Staff were friendly & polite.

Last time I stayed one night and I wasn’t happy about the fact that no fridge/minibar was in the room. This time I stayed two nights and in addition to the missing minibar/fridge there has been the missing of the cleaning on the second day. Nothing was mentioned during the check-in. Really 4 star-hotel?

Very centric - unfortunately the rooms carpet was severly stained and the pillows smelled strongly of sweat. Apparently they were fully booked and the possibility to change rooms impossible. The room was on the business floor. There was a lounge with coffee, soft drinks and snacks, but no water (still or sparkling).

Unpleasant stay

Too warm a room that cannot be cooled down. Dirty carpet, and a very strange extra room/bathroom split, and the bathroom Glassdoor is just bad and ugly. Strange canopy-bed where the corner posts are just in the way when moving around in the room, and too little space on the window side of the bed, so you need to side-step to approach your bed. Furnitures are not comfortable, and should have been better. Very few parking spots available, especially considering the number of hotel rooms. I will never come back, and I cannot recommend the hotel.

vi skulle udstille dagen efter ankomst, på hotellets faciliteter i nabobygningen (centralværkstedet). Det var virkelig en god ide at bo her, for det var let at parkere under hotellet og så kunne bilen stå her indtil udstillingen var slut - fremragende og stemningsfuld konferencefacilitet. Nyt hotel, med god morgenmad. REne værelser, med god bruser, rigtig dejligt. Sengetøj og hovedpude (et stor issue for mig) var i top. Til gengæld var sengen ikke helt på niveau med resten. Queensize, men med en kraftig adskiller i midten, så reelt to meget meget smalle senge, sat sammen, det er stadig ukomfortabelt for man vil nødigt ligge hen over midten hvor der ikke er madras men et bræt. Vinduet kan ikke åbnes som på mange andre hoteller, og så ville det være rart med en enkel aircon som kan skrues ned til 18gC men det kan man ikke, så alt for varmt for mig og ukomfortabel seng. Det er en skam når alt andet er helt i top, så jeg håber at de overvejer hvilke senge de byder gæsterne og sørg for at man kan blive kølet om natten. det nytter ikke at alt udenom er virkelig godt, hvis man ender med ikke at kunne sove
