B&B Aachen is what you'd expect for the price point. The bed could have been comfier but the room was spacious and clean. The only area in which I felt cleanliness suffered was the shower which blocked a little because of hair not having been removed. B&B have a good environmental message about towels, but they exchanged mine twice despite me hanging them up. They do offer bottle recycling. The breakfast had a reasonable variety with a nice selection of cheeses, bread, fruits and cereal. Despite the small grumbles I was happy with my stay. The staff were super friendly, always with a smile on their faces and all able to converse in English.

I have been misled when I booked the hotel. The Expedia site stated parking and breakfast was available. That meant for me it is included it didn’t specify that I had to pay extra for breakfast and parking. It didn’t mention that I had to pay extra when I booked. I had to park my car elsewhere and find breakfast both at a cost, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. There was also no manager around to assist, only the receptionist who couldn’t do anything

The hotel is spotless. They held our luggage so we could go find the parking which was about a block away. The rooms are very clean and plenty of room for all our suitcases. Breakfast was wonderful. Great area.

Perfect location, less than 5 min walk to the cathedral and shopping areas and walking distance to the thermal bath. I appreciated the clean sheets and blackout curtains. Facility was well maintained and spotless. Very quiet during the night even though it seemed liked it was very booked. Very spacious as well.

Nice stay in a great location

Nice hotel with a great location. We were there to check out the Christmas Market and the walk was short. Underground parking was a plus (extra fee), but spots are limited. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly.

I didn't appreciate being extorted for 15 euros to check in 3 hours early after a red-eye international flight when room was already prepared. Property is conveniently located along pedestrian retail street and easy walking distance to tourist attractions like Dome, but prudes should be aware that red-light district is literally around the corner.

Difficult to check in as B&B is moving to self checkin an it requires reservation number from their system and on confirmation only Hotels.com was given, besides great place to visit the old city.
