"Our experience was terrible from the moment we walked through the door. The front desk staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and came across as rude during check-in. We had booked four rooms, and one of them had a door that would not lock at all. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told, “If we can find you another room, we’ll call.” No immediate solution was offered, which meant we couldn’t safely leave our belongings in that room. We ended up moving everything into another room and placing items in front of the door just so that person would hear if someone tried to enter. On top of that, there was a VERY strong odor throughout the facility. Even the “non-smoking” rooms had a noticeable smoke smell, and there were yellow stains that appeared to be from smoking. Between the rude service, the security issue with the room door, and the overall condition of the hotel, it was a very frustrating and uncomfortable stay."

One of the highlights was the hotel’s atmosphere and overall service quality. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return in the future."
