"While the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean, I felt it was a l very impersonal place, and the feel of more like a three and a half star hotel (it looks better in photos online). The AC never went below 24 degrees. I called reception a few times and they told me 'in 20 minutes' it will get cooler but it never did. They said they were replacing a belt for the AC. Except that there was a ceiling fan, it would not have been bearable to stay in the room as it was so hot and humid at this time. There were also numerous power cuts, but there is a back-up generator. I was surprised to only discover later that I had paid for full board, but they never told me this at check-in, so I only got breakfast. I was too late arriving, as my train was delayed, but they could have given me complimentary lunch at least before I left having got neither lunch nor dinner that I had paid for. But it was good value for the room. Not sure I'd recommend. I think I would try Hyatt next time. There is a small pool which did not appear on the website. They arranged driver to take me to Patna. Not cheap but a good car and careful driver."
