Know before you book
- You must be at least 3.6 feet (120 cm) tall for the ziplines, with a minimum weight of 88 pounds (40 kg). You must weight less than 300 pounds (136 kg)
- Bring a swimsuit, water shoes and use insect repellent an extra change of clothes and a towel. If you have forgotten something do not worry, they are available at the shops in the park.
- The activity requires not having had surgery for 6 months. If you are pregnant, or have back, neck, lower back, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate. This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
- Xplor Park Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Minimum age: 5 years old.
- If you purchase an option with transportation, hotel pickup is available from most Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya hotels. The pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel.
- Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must present an ID to verify their age when boarding the transportation.
- Changes in visit dates between high and low seasons will have additional payments on the day of your visit. Prices are available on Expedia's app calendar.
- The start time as shown on your voucher, only serves as informative data, your pick-up time will depend on the route on your visit date.
- The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so it is necessary to contact Grupo Xcaret to confirm the exact schedule of your pickup.
