SELF DRIVE INFORMATION
Cajun Pride Swamp Tours, 110 Frenier Road, LaPlace (EXIT 209). Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time. The traffic along the route to Cajun Pride can be unpredictable and our boats leave promptly at tour time.
RIDE SHARE INFORMATION
For guests using rideshares, there could be quite a delay so please give yourself extra time. We advise pre-order returns to avoid delays in your travels back to New Orleans. Rideshare pick-ups may take up to 1 hour to arrive at our swamp tour location in LaPlace. Alternatively, we offer a Swamp Tour With Hotel Shuttle option.
UPON ARRIVAL
Please proceed directly UPSTAIRS to check-in and obtain an entrance ticket. An entrance ticket is required in order to tour the swamp. Unfortunately, we are unable to delay tour times and cannot hold boats for guests that arrive late.
We are a family establishment, and proper attire is required including shirt and shoes. No offensive language or imagery. No booty/cheeky shorts. No swimsuits or similar attire.
Cajun Pride is a drug free zone.
We reserve the right to refuse service or admittance to anyone.
IMPORTANT DRIVING DIRECTIONS
By car from New Orleans, follow the I-10 West towards Baton Rouge. Take the LaPlace exit (EXIT 209) and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. After 0.5 miles you’ll arrive at the meeting point.
Tour with Transportation
Shuttle/Transportation pick-up begins 1.5 hours prior to scheduled tour time and has a 30-minute window (8:00AM-8:30AM, 10:30AM-11:00AM, 12:30AM-1:00PM). Please be OUTSIDE and ready for pick-up when the driver arrives, keeping in mind that buses have no parking areas and will be allowed to stop only momentarily for pick-ups. Due to traffic delays and the number of stops, we ask that you be outside and ready for this 30 minute period. On occasion a pick-up location may change due to unforeseen events. Please call our reservation office if you have any questions at (504) 467-0758.
• 8:00AM-8:30AM pick-up for a 9:30AM swamp tour
• 10:30AM-11:00AM pick-up for a 12:00PM swamp tour
• 12:30PM-1:00PM pick-up for a 2:15PM swamp tour

Know before you book
- Hotel pick-up is available from many centrally located New Orleans, Kenner, and Metairie hotels. Please arrange pick-up from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation. Car seats are allowed on shuttle buses. You must provide your own car seat.
- If you did not select the option with hotel pick-up, check-in is 30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time at the meeting point in LaPlace, Louisiana.
- Upon arrival, please proceed directly upstaris to check-in and obtain an entrance ticket. An entrance ticket is required in order to tour the swamp. Tour boats leave promptly at tour time and are on a schedule.
- Children 3 and younger are complimentary.
- Tours run rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather (thunderstorms), the guest needs to call (800) 467-0758 from 7:00AM. to 7:00PM to reschedule their reservation. Rescheduling requires a 48 hours’ notice of changes and are subject to weather and availability.
