I attempted to cancel my booking just a few minutes after my purchase but Cheap Tickets would not help me. They said I had to contact the airline (Air Asia) to process any cancellation. Unfortunately for me, Air Asia doesn’t allow cancellations, even in the first 24 hours.

(1) Choices to fly to Austin were great; choices returning were not good since the return route will take longer by using a different route. (2) System did not recognize that I had credit from a cancelled September trip to New England, so I had to pay the full price. (3) I went through the trouble to select seats to & from Austin, only to be told none of my choices were available after it seemed like they were available.
