Getting info about tickets was quick and easy and buying the ticket was easy, but to get to the section to pay for carry-on or check-in luggage took some complicated maneuvering and could only happen after I had bought the ticket.

Cheap tickets does make booking a breeze, however if you need to make any changes it is pure chaos and I have booked less than 24hrs and I can not get a response from the team they are advising at least a 4.5 hour wait time😔 so disappointing

If you don’t buy insurance with them, they won’t rent you.
Big scan, I had to go back to the airport to rent with another company. Shame on U-Save rent a car
