I have always used cheap tickets because they give me the cheapest prices of my flight within the United States and Internationally for years since I have known them. There service is excellent all around and I do recommend them to my friends and family.

it should be clearer that a hotel does not have late night availability for stays. I booked a room and it said…….. Your room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival. I was called and told the room would not be available after midnight and that I should look elsewhere or knock hard in hopes he would come. I just drove home disgusted AGAIN with my experiences, the last time it was New Year’s Eve and they could find no booking I made…..

I selected 2 tickets left at this price however you only let me book 1 person, I was able to book the second person but this left me at the risk of being separated from our son while traveling, hoping the flight was still available at that price, seems like your agencies our so worried about making a dollar that you limit that opportunity, I ended up booking the 3rd ticket with other agency. But a ridiculous experience, when you have a banner that states 2 left at this price.
