When I got to the station for Fox/payless, they mentioned that they had cancelled my booking as my reservation was at 10 am, but due to a delay in my flight, I got there by 10 pm. It is really ridiculous that they cancelled it for the same day

Website works beautifully. What I didn’t like was that once we went to choose the assigned seating it turns out you have to pay for that. Each seat has a specific price. Getting money out of your customers that way breeds resentment.
