I’ve been with Cheap Tickets for a long time, over 15 years. They are my go-to source for booking my airline travel. I don’t recall having any major issues, and if so, they were resolved seamlessly.

February 20, 2018After signing up for Cheap Tickets and selecting a hotel in NYC I accidentally booked the hotel through their site instead of the Cheap Tickets site where I was to get a much greater discount. I contacted Cheap Tickets and they helped walk me through the process of how to claim their discount using the code. They also took care of canceling the reservation that I had made that did not allow me to use the code. Very good experience for the first time.

February 20, 2018I canceled my flight the same day I booked it. It has now been five days now. I am currently still waiting on my refund. 1,676.00 to be exact. I will never book a flight with cheap tickets again.
